Good-bye Letter

To you,

This might be the last letter I'd write you. I hope I don't leave out anything.

I need you to know that I want nothing but your happiness, even if I am not part of it. I want you to be healthy at all costs. I will be in despair if you fall ill.
I hope nothing comes to harm you, or take your smile away. I hope you continue doing the things you love.

I hope you know how special you are and that no one could replace you in my heart.

It may be over but I am grateful that you made me understand how it is to love. Although there's really no one I'd rather share sunsets with than you, I hope you don't forget to watch them when you get the chance. They should serve as a reminder that there's always something beautiful in this world, something you can look forward to no matter how bad your day turned out to be.
