1. Ignore internal conflicts
2. Do not recognize individual contributions/accomplishments
3. Depend on luck
4. When things get tough, cry.When you don't have everyone's support, cry.When you wet your pants, cry
5. Hold information that the intended recipients need to hear
6. Promote people who can't define and practice integrity and finds worth ethics laughable
7. Forget what leadership means
8. Contradict every single word you say, and make sure to leave everyone confused
